Refund Policy

Eight30.co (“Eight30,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital products, business toolkits, consultations, and custom-made items. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (No Refunds)
All sales of digital products—including downloads, templates, toolkits, frameworks, guides, checklists, SOPs, and any other instant-access content—are final.
Because digital goods are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Exception – Technical Access Issues
If you experience a technical problem preventing access to your digital product:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase

- Include your order number + screenshots or a video of the issue
If the issue cannot be resolved, we may—at our sole discretion—provide a replacement product or store credit.
2. Custom-Made Products (No Refunds)
Custom items (including print-on-demand apparel or made-to-order items) are produced specifically for you.
All sales are final once production begins.
Exception – Damaged or Defective Items
If your custom product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos clearly showing the defect
- After verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
We are not responsible for customer errors such as:
- Incorrect size
- Wrong product selection
- Misspelled names or text provided by the customer
Please double-check your order before submitting.
3. Consulting, Bookings & Strategy Sessions (No Refunds)
All consulting services, clarity calls, strategy sessions, and done-with-you or done-for-you services are non-refundable.
If you miss your appointment or fail to complete your intake form, the session is forfeited.
Rescheduling is available one time, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. Reporting an Issue
To report a qualifying issue, email:
Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Required documentation (e.g., screenshots or photos)
We will respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
6. Jurisdiction
This policy will be governed according to the laws of the jurisdiction where the customer resides only if such laws are mandatory.
Otherwise, the policies stated here apply fully.
